    Because it has nothing to do with NoFap. I know they like to sell you these so called superpowers and what not. But there are dudes who fuck chicks all day long and they also PMO regularly. One doesn't dictate the other. It can influence it sometimes.
    Listen to some Patrice O'Neil on Youtube to learn how to have the right mindset about women. He's not some kind of pick up artist, he's just a fat black comedian, who died way too early R.I.P, and just knew how to handle women. Luckily for us there are dozens of hours of him on air on YT which are both entertaining and contain lots of wisdom. Also check out his stand up if you're into that sort of humor, he was one of the greats.

    I'm not doing drugs.
    I've been to th emrgency room 2 weeks ago, for respiratory problems, my doctor prescribed me xanax and told me taking half pill if i start feeling like that. Never took drugs before in my life, legal or illegal.

    For the second thing, it's quite trivial and superficial to thin somebody can be purposefully angry.

    Well, maybe it was said too tough and maybe it is a wrong assumption, sorry for that. But it is a part of the self-destructive attitude that we all are struggling with, huh? I mean, I have recognized many times being angry on myself just to escape.
