Getting started!

    I've used Covenant Eyes for years, and it has been fantastic. I just read about Nofap on one of Covenant Eyes blog posts and it sounded like a great way to increase accountability in this area. I have had years where things have gone well, but I have had other years where PMO has been more of a struggle. Looking forward to the journey ahead with Nofap!

    I'm married and we have a reasonably healthy sex life. I am thinking of doing a hard reboot so that PM is less tempting on the whole. Any advice is welcome!
