I'm 17 year old Male, and I've been fapping since 3 years (almost exactly since this is June) and it has started to become a problem now. The frequency has certainly increased by a significant number and I'm scared that this is just not in my control. The longest that I've abstained from fapping is 2 weeks which has happened only once in my life. Other two times I've abstained for 1 week both the times and returned and lost to fapping and apart from these three events I've fapped every single day. I like to play football.

If you haven't already done so, please read the "Getting Started Guide" available on this site's home page. It includes a lot of information that you will find helpful as you start your journey of healing. Also have a look at the "Glossary" on the top of this page for definitions of abbreviations and terms that may be new to you.

One day at a time is how we all succeed.
