    Hola compañeros, estoy iniciando este camino que se no es nada dificil, y que bueno que consegui esta pagina porque se que solo no lo fuera afrontado, esta adicción aunque socialmente digamos si esta bien, los hombres ven pornos y se masturban es asi, llega un punto donde todo se sale de control, en mi caso cualquier momento donde estoy solo sin mi esposa es propicio para masturbarme y pueden ser muchas seguidas, esto es algo que no control al punto de llegar a abrir chat sexuales en mi trabajo y estar todo el dia asi, quiero parar con esto, y me propuse ya dejarlo definitivamente. este es mi primer dia, se que lo puedo dejar. y espero contar con el apoyo de uds. las tentaciones son muchas pero se que todo esta en mi mente.
