Day 0 i have tried a lot to give up but big challanges were too hard i tryed 21 day challange but on day 7 so i will start from little challanges and go an bigger wish me luck.

Day 2/3 yesterday wasn't as hard as I thought

 

Day 1:
It's a bit tough. But I need to keep going. I should be considering the long term benefits, and set aside the couple of seconds of pleasure now!

I made it! You can do it too. It‘s worth it, although you might think it‘s „just“ three days.
