Its been about 37-38 days without PO and recently I can't sleep at night.
I barely get 4 or 5 hours sleep in midnight, 2am to 7 am usually, and I'm busy morning till night studying or working, then I get really tired about 8 9 pm and when i lay on bed to sleep i can't sleep. and suddenly my mind gets more energetic than the whole day and i get strong urges.
Right now its the 4th night that Its happening. I was just wondering if it's related to nofap or theres some problem with somthing else.. if anyone knows, PLEASE go ahead and reply cause this insomnia thing really sucks
    Thnx^-^

yes it is, as I've experienced similar symptoms over and over again, there is no simple answer to how to fix it, except following proper sleep routines - eat 3 hours before you sleep, don't look at computer/phone screens as they emit blue light and mess up your biological clock, drink calming substances like camomile tea and finally try to control your mind - although it's not completely possible try to do your best not to indulge in fantasies as they will stimulate your imagination which will lead to the desire to fap.

good luck, also try sleeping 22 to 6 as it's one of the best times from research. It really depends on where you live but generally, you want to sleep when the sun goes down and wake up when it rises.

  6. I’m on 7 days and I can’t sleep either. I go gym everyday to try and use up my energy but it doesn’t work.
I took sleeping pills yesterday but I was waking up every hour. Still got 11 hours sleep. Normally the pills work.

Also I had to stop myself from fantasising in the morning

  8. I've struggled with this on and off over the years. It's just a part of the process, I think. (Of course, having kids also doesn't help the sleep schedule at all, either!) The best counter I have found to it is simply to work really hard during the day and drop into bed exhausted at night. When that does not work, and the mind races and will not shut down, I simply go with it and try to use the time to pray, meditate, and read (if I can). The body will sleep when it absolutely must. Until then, the mind needs to find peace and rest again.

I wish you good success on your journey!

  10. These may help:

-Inclined bed therapy (please read posibble side effects)
-Avoid electromagnetic fields, that mean your bed should be more than 2 meters away from wiring. I would also turn off eletric circuit in bedroom while you sleeping as plus step.
    -Forget beds with metail coils
-Minimalise wifi/4g exposure. Forget dect phones.
-Buying blue light blocking glasses, i use Uvex skyper, should wear 2-3 hours before going in bed
-Spend 3-4 hours in sunshine, make sure your room is dark while sleeping
-Spend as much time in nature you can (where no ticks, and no emfs)
