    Hey Fapstronauts, I am new here and willing to start my streak of NoFap. I am 22 y/o male willing to go all in. I have never tried NoFap before. I am pumped up for this task and the benefits that other members have mentioned in this forum gives me all the motivation that I need. Going cold turkey (No PMO) challenge for 1 year. Will report on further updates.
    This is day 1!

    Welcome to NoFap, bro. We're glad to have you here. Since I started the NoFap journey, I have been having less sexual thoughts. I used to be addicted to pornography and I still have those mental images (memories). Nowadays, I'm able to fight off those images consistently. Are there still failures? of course, but I have made a lot of progress.
