Did anyone develop high blood sugar/ diabetes because of excessive masturbation ? Please help

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by stack85, Jul 5, 2017.

  1. If i were you i would dig into these topics, and read about these herbs(to be sure about possible side effects)

    -black cumin seed, and oil
-how to keep your circadian rhythm
    -How EMFs affect out metabolism
-how our gut microbiome define our weight, what foods may help to tweak someone's microbiome

That doctor just wanted to max her/his profit, lot of them do that.

Took a while but I read the entire thread. Awesome replies.I don't have diabetes but had constipation, distention, stomach pain, leaky gut, anxiety, chronic fatigue, unmotivated, failing uni etc. I was prescribed a Benzodiazepine which accomplished nothing.
I am on day 6 hardmode with great results. I also cut out dairy and gluten as I read that can help with reducing distention. I feel much better.
    Thanks for the read.

Lightheartedness / poor memory and concentration was my first problem. Then constipation kicked in, and then stomach ache and distention, then came the heart problem. The situation exacerbates more and more as more semen is lost.

It took me about a year with on avg twice ejaculation per month to reach the point where I am right now.
The recovery is much faster if no ejaculation occurs. I can feel improvements by day.
The "out of nowhere" urges that you may have are false urges; you should ignore them.

My head has cleared up so much, a lot of pressure is gone, I feel awesome and sleep much better. However there is still huge room for improvement. So, I intend to continue the streak as long as possible.

I know man. This time it should be a smooth sailing for me, god willing.
I am aiming for at least 100 days.

Ok, there is one last thing I want to mention that made me break my streaks on multiple occasions.
If you have distention, even a little bit (there should be none), then when you eat, the distention
will grow, and it won't stop growing until all food is gone from the stomach. This is important to know.

There were multiple cases when I ate a lot and got hugely growing distention for a very long time,
and since digestion was bad, food sat in the stomach even for longer. This freaked me out and I relapsed out of
thought that this thing is not working. So keep this in mind.

Also, keep in mind that as the day goes into the night, the mood goes down. I noticed that the mood is at the lowest around 1am-4am, and it is at the highest right after the sunrise. You are physically and mentally more capable of accomplishing a lot of things in the mornings. Therefore most successful people are early morning people.

@osimodel Yes bro, let's do this .. I am on day 21 and I am doing better ... Blood sugar is also much better ... The trick is staying hard mode for like 3 to 4 months till I am fully healed. I am heading to Paris and London for vacation .. so excited. That will be distracting ...

@Adamshuwadamboa Yes, it is much better .... It was 88 this morning .... The thing is that I need to stay hard mode for at least 3 months till I am recovered .... Blood sugar starts getting better after 21 days of hard mode for me + zinc supplements ....

I think u were the first person that posted about excessive fapping can cause high glucose levels. Your post was since June 6/2017, so why are u not healed until now? Now u are in your three years on reboot I guess? Can tell us why you are not cured until now? Thanks

@Adamshuwadamboa You don't really seem to have read this thread carefully either. Like I mentioned many times. I have never been able to stay hard mode longer than 3 weeks since this thread was CREATED....I have mentioned it many many times. Sorry to let you know about it this way, I have repeated myself over and over in this thread many times. It's like people don't take the time to read. Those who have been cured completely were able to remain on their streaks for at least 3 months... my blood sugar is starting to be much better, but I usually just relapse, fap hard again and start back up .. I am trying to fight this vicious cycle of starting to heal, then fap again. I hope this is the last time I am explaining this.

Why are you doubting may I ask ?? You say its related to Nofap while talking to other users yet you keep asking like you do not believe there's a correlation ? I am not sure I understand you sometimes. As you probably read, some user on this thread cured himself after a long streak of 5 months, I talked to 4 others via private messages who got cured also by Nofap .... Just DO hard mode and wait ... it's hard but you gotta do it if u wanna heal.

Sorry if I made u angry, I feel much better too in my 16 days of nofap though taking zinc supplement combined with vA,B, magnesium, and manganese. All in one tablet. Only that I have frequent urination and feeling heart discomfort. I was feeling extreme fatigue but it has almost gone. Now just the frequent urination and discomfort in my heart. Hopefully I can get cured. Thanks though for ur response. By the way I was masturbating prone for long time. Probably that's d cause of my frequent urination

Make sure you do hard mode ... that means NO ejaculation AT ALL ... No sex, no sexual activity, nothing .. for at least 3 to 4 months ... Also.... how many mg of zinc are you taking ?

@Adamshuwadamboa I am almost sure you have fatty liver disease too ... if u go get an ultrasound, they will see that .. and fapping addiction will definitely cause that

The best thing you can do to lower your blood sugar levels is daily aerobic exercise and regular night sleep. I was diagnosed with prediabetes stage (type 2) when I was 34 yo. Doc advised me to go on low dosage diabetes meds. I said hell no, not before I do some suggested lifestyle changes. I prepared a plan and all what I'll do, but in reality all I did was stop eating junk food, start sleeping 8-9 hours a day and take 8 km (5 miles) brisk walks in nature every morning. In just 2 months time my blood sugar levels were back inside normal parameters. It's worth trying before opting for any meds.
