Quitting porn for good

    Hey guys, this is my first thread after joining NOfap. I had a streak of 31 days but relapsed two days in a row, thrice on the 1st day and twice on the 2nd. After gaining back the motivation I started my journey again back from Day 0 but alas it ended again with a streak of 29 days due to the intense urge to cap. But this time I believed it was a lot worse than before. This time I too relapsed two days in a row but on the 1st day I masturbated 6 times and on the 2nd day 3 times. I feel miserable and I really want to quit PMO for good.
