NoFap day 5 cause being angry??????

    Hi everybody i am extremely angry its my day 5 without porn and fapping and i feel angry about anything that goes unsucesful or slow i want fast results at anythere,my testosterone and dopamine rises suddenly,i also feel high about life its crazy shit,i used to be on NoFap for 2 weeks(14days) two months ago now my only goal to success is quit porn,since i am having high chance to be top prospect in basketball,so now the only goal is to end this shit hypohondria and social anxiety,i used to fapping every day since around 17 years few times a day till now 19 years:),i think fapping is the only cure for me as i am so bad fapper,watched porn for days and at least 2 hours everyday........
    Anyone went though that?And to be honest success is only option:),nobody can stole your dreams if you fight for them:)

    Anger is a regular signed of a withdrawal symptoms.
    It takes time to be calm with yourself you brain is going through a chemical change that causes irregular mood swings stay strong and try not to take it out on anyone.

    Yes it does. For me it usually happens at day 4, and I remember that on my last streak I was discussing with people that I'm used to get along with. And there was no actual reason for it at all.
