    Hey everyone,

    Just joined the website and the forum today, and in order to make 2019 different than last year, I'm taking different action. I think joining a support group of like-minded people will truly help me in removing porn out of my life forever. However, I'm starting off small and achievable, so my first objective is to go 90 days without PMO entirely. Porn truly is awful and has ruined so many lives; but it won't ruin mine any longer. Some general notes about me is that I'm a college senior entering his second-to-last semester, and I enjoy weightlifting, reading, playing music, and video games. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope to get to talking with a few of you here on the forum. Let's all make 2019 the year that we want to be.

    Best luck fir your journey!
    After months of rebooting, HIIT cardio is very esey for me, I don't need sleep immediately after the workout, also have fast recovery and lots of problems are literally damped or vanishes!
