Oh you know fighting the good fight. Urges were going a bit crazy earlier but I got passed it now.

Day 1

 

Checking in on day 1. Had really tense weekend unfortunately full of arguments with my narc father.. slipped up From now on I will maintain very low contact (for my mother mostly, I don't care about my father anymore) and I will take time to heal. Now I get the roots of my addiction and other coping mechanisms - will work on alternatives.

 

Day 21.Just 9 more days to complete a month. And also tomorrow I am leaving the city in which I am living currently, as I am going to prepare for a competitive exam, so I am going to live in another city for maybe 6 to 7 months. And I have a strong feeling that Nofap is going to help me a lot in this journey.

day 2 - revise, decided I won't try finish qur'an in the rest of ramadan as I have a little left but too much work. Really hot today Alhamdulillah.
