    Hey everyone,

    Pleaselet me know if this isn't where I should be posting this but I'm looking to use NoFAP as part of my practice towards total abstinence from secular activity of any kind. In service of that, I am wondering if anyone has any secular, Buddhist, Jain or non-theistic resources on practicing celibacy. Thanks in advance.

    Celibacy- itself is the path for the improvement of oneself, so this is the right place I guess.
