    I have touched myself, because there is this urge to get an erection. It feels good, but I have not gone too far. I thought going for porn and masturbating, but my dingding don't wanna go that far. Maybe deep down I realized that it is not working anymore, and there is more to enjoy in life than pmo. Anyway, does touching yourself into erection count as a reset?

    I just experienced the same scenario minutes ago but I wouldn't count that a relapse or reset.
