It's been a year that I last tried NoFap. I gave up, cause I thought it would never work.
Here I am, as depressed as I used to be. Nothing changed.
I realize that to change a habit you've been developing for years (14 years in my case) needs a whole lot of effort.

    Invest time in yourself.
From now on I might watch NoFap videos or motivational videos everytime I wake up and before I go to bed. I'd also come to this site to get support from everyone out there who are carrying the same burden.

I wanna feel what it's like to be PMO free. The last time I was PMO free was only for 2 weeks long. and that was like 3 years ago!

It's been a year... I've stopped trying to quit PMO.
Now I'm packing my bags, and starting the journey.... again.
    Day 1. Wish me luck.

Definitely, good luck. Are you planning to keep a journal on the site? I found that super useful. It gave me somewhere to feel the support of others here, but also somewhere to think through what rebooting (or recovery) meant to me, somewhere where I could work through the difficult patches instead of walking away.

  4. Never give up bro! It took me 24 years of constants pmo, to finally try NoFap. I was relapsing every 3 days for years. Just hang in there.

Congrats on seeing you need to make some life changes. Please watch this video on how to embrace the pain and discomfort of change.

I used to keep journalling about my NoFap journey. I felt the support of others who are in the same situation as me. This ease up the journey.

  10. Welcome back! It's good to see that you acknowledge you have a problem. It's the biggest challenge you'll face in your life, but it's also the most rewarding one. It's a lifelong commitment. As for content, I recommend watching Leonard Banks' videos about nofap. He's been 2 years without porn and has some really good content about the topic. There's something about his whole presence, I can listen to his content for hours on end.
