    I made compulsive use of porn, to the point of using women's shoes with pictures of girls nearby.
    I stopped for 12 days after relapse, seeing shoejob videos, but my sexual tastes were others.
    P.S. 20 years I used porn between newspapers and films, I still look at women's feet, but it is as if now I was just looking at that and the heels (I speak before the stop of addiction).
    who helps me?

    It has become a habit and will not be easy to overcome. Try to find other things to occupy your time and don’t spend too much time alone. Time alone creates opportunity for you to continue with your porn habit, and it is too easy to fail.

    Most of us have done it for a long time. Recognizing that it is a problem is important. Now it is a matter of doing the hard work and not giving up even if you lapse.
