Heyo so um long story short I was going alright 24 days till now had some raging boners every now and then but I fought it and other than that, it was going nice until today. I couldn't sleep much and it was already around 6 so I started using my dads phone and as I was going through the gallery, I found literal porn on it. I wasn't surprised bc I knew these were sent from his friends and you can guess what kind of friends they are. And just seeing, just glancing at that I couldn't remove my eyes off it anymore and I kept watching but I also kept resisting to no avail. It was like my dick was going wild the first time it saw a half naked woman in a while and it was getting wet by itself. I couldn't help it anymore so I just gave in and watched it and relapsed.. Ofc I felt like absolute shit like always but I now know what the problem is. You see, all this time, I wasn't searching anything porn related or anything sexual related, but just as I got my eyes on smth like that, I couldn't help myself. The problem is looking. I'm a Muslim and there's a verse in the Quran which tells both men and women to lower their gaze when in presence of the opposite sex. I know not all of you are religious, but you get the point. The thing to do is whenever a girl which even slightly might turn you on comes up, you have to look away. That's really it, just look away from women you don't know. It might be easier to do that irl but it's harder to do it on the internet since you think no ones watching you. But we'll you're wrong, there are definitely people keeping track of your search options even if you're on incognito(probably, think like that so I'm that it'll scare you) so yes, there's no point in fretting so from now on, in real life and on the internet I'll look away from women I might find badly attractive. It's a thing you need to commit to, lowering your gaze and if you do it correctly, nofap will be much easier. And trust me, the temptations and urges are there for the first few days. As you tread along, it becomes much much easier. Hope this helps in the slightest and best of luck :)

  2. I don't fully agree. You need to be resistant to stranger women, because you can't hide from such content forever. You will see such thing in the future for sure. Are you going to relapse again, just because of photo?

you are correct, but my point is that when you can avoid such photos, you should avoid it because looking at these photos is what stirs even the slightest of desires and slowly from there it escalates, then one might want to check out more erotic media and slowly but surely that person will fall into the same trap again. Of course just looking at these photos won't mean that I now need to fap, it's just overall better to avoid these when one can to not only avoid getting turned on in any way, but to increase self-discipline too. In conclusion, avoid photos and videos like these when you can, and when you can't help looking at it, don't think about anything lustful. It's a strict and rigorous approach to NoFap which will help greatly in the end if followed correctly :)

  4. I understand that point I agree with you that sexual-related photos on social media are nothing good. I think we should avoid it, especially during the reboot, but I just don't accept being afraid of stranger women on the street till end of my days :)

  5. That is the truth bro, it took me many years to finally discover I'm not addicted to masturbation, I'm addicted to pornography and as long as I resist the urge to look at a pornographic material I'm not going to relapse. Usually my urges are not to masturbate, my urges are to see porn which triggers a need to masturbate and release. Keep your eyes away from women whether on the internet or in real life for now until you regain full control of your brain.

I'm glad you get my point, and it's better to avert your eyes from women. It's fine if you do that, just don't relapse and fall into the hole!
