I think it is actually the same issue.

Watching porn is a form of brainwashing. You watch a woman you are attracted to but you watch someone else having sex with her therefore it is giving you the subconscious training that you are not worthy to have sex with women you are attracted to. If you go deeper into the brain washing it gets worse and more severe leading to subconscious feelings of worthlessness. This brainwashing is reversed by nofap

Yep, read all of those things a thousand times and more in the last 13 months.

The thing is, i never see those advantages/changings in this time.

So you are saying your life was better when you were fapping? Because that is exactly what you are saying if there was no benefit. If your life was better fapping, then why would you come to nofap?

I'm triyng to understand if this is placebo or what.

For now i think there are some very small advantages, but they're like 1% of what the NoFap promote.
A real advantage for example is pied improvement, for who have that problem, which i don't.

For the other side, withdrawals are terrible, and terribly long.

Anyway, 90% of the improvements the NoFap talk about is bullshit and placebo.

If you prefer to objectify women and have low self esteem then porn is a good choice. If you can’t see that you objectify women less (or don’t really care about that) when off porn and also have an improved feeling of self, then nofap is not for you. Nofap is for the people who experience a better life without porn. If you feel you have a better life with porn I would suggest you stick with that. Personally I have a better life without porn. If you still have withdrawal symptoms then you are still an addict.

Bro, you're better than this. You're a champion. Don't be the beta male watching the alpha male having sex. Don't waste your vital energy with pixels. It'll not give you any benefits.

I am a doctor, so know exactly what I am talking about. Withdrawal symptoms do not happen in non addicts. It is caused by overstimulation of certain receptors and when the stimulation is withdrawn the effects manifest. The lack of motivation you describe is a key withdrawal symptom of addicts from porn to alcohol to any addictive substance. It is simple brain chemistry.

The superpowers may be exaggerated but with most people there are at least some positive changes.

However, instead of focusing on what you are not getting through Nofap you could look instead at how Nofap benefits others in the world? Nobody viewing porn means no porn industry and so on.

Ultimately abstaining is helping you as you are not strengthening pathways etc. Something I also keep coming back to is that it takes alcoholics sometimes a couple of years to recover and see real changes

Instead of looking for NoFap to cure your issues, try doing things that you think will make you happy. What are you seeking?

You made your standpoint pretty clear in the past, that you think NoFap doesn't bring benefits. Nevertheless, you're now asking for help with stopping porn again. So let me ask this simple question: If you don't see anything good in NoFap, then why do you even want to stop again in the first place? That doesn't make any sense to me.

Yep, nofap gave me what you already know. Tried porn 3 times in the last month, didn't feel better, beside the first time.

Maybe i'm just so ruined that nofap can't cure me or give me benefits, if i had an answer i would tell you.

You don't need to tell me. You only have to tell yourself. Obviously, you don't know what you really believe. It's probably not before you figure that out, that you will feel a change.

What is that? A spritual thing?

Man, we're not talking abut spiritual things and answers. Either nofap don't work (and it's sure not the magical crazy thing most talk about) or else i'm one of those who need 2 years of withdrawals before seeing any benefits.

That's it, i don't have to figure out something that will magically make me feel a change...

  17. For each year you were pmoing, multiple it by 2 then you'll have how long you need to go hardmode.

No idea where you get the "spiritual thing" from. Never said anything about spirituality.

I asked you why you wanted to do NoFap in the first place and you said you can't answer that. That's paradox. And that's what you have to figure out. Until you know why you do what you do, you'll just drift around aimlessly.

Oh, you mean in the first place?

For all the healing, the tons of advantages, the happines, the woman attraction, and every other single bullshit everybody promotes on the internet, starting from the infamous ted videos.

Why would i do that otherwise? Your question is pretty strange, did you try nofap because they told you it makes you feel worst and it's not useful at all?
