I think a common point of view is that "relapse" is yours to define. So what is a useful definition? For me it is something like, "I caved to the self-destructive habit in a way that was out of my control, severe, and that would strengthen the habit." And for me that definitely includes masturbation and visiting pornographic sites, and other things are a little less clear.

Maybe you can ask yourself in this case where it's blurry: will it be useful to consider it a relapse so I am starting my mindset fresh over again? Or do I feel like I'm still on track?

But it has the potential to provoke you into browsing for more. You'll definitely lose your control and the rest is what you could guess.

Whatever turns you on you need to stop reading/watching it as it will lead to relapse. Understand this

If you did not jerk off, its not a relapse. This is npfap.com not no thoughts or words or ideas.. Sexual images, thoughts, and feelings are all around us all day long. You cant loose all your time for just thoughts.. Its what you do with them. Yes some things are triggery.. But a trigger is not the action of fapping. Yes one thing can lead to another.. But if you dont fap you have not relapsed.. Just watch and curtail the edgy behavior the best you can and congratulate yourself for Not fapping. If you made it through an entire day with no fapping it was a good succesful day. Good for you!
