    Hi eveybody,
My name is adir from israel, and i am a combat soldier.
    Sorry for my bad english.
So first my story, i am 21 years old.
Started with masturbation and porn at around the age of 10, just as most of you guys.
First kissed and dated a girl pretty late, at around the age of 17.
I had sex with a few girls during high school, always low quality erections. I started with porn way before i saw a real vagina.
About a year ago i figured i have a bad ed problem, after trying to have sex with a couple girls, in a couple diffrent situations, and started to look for a sulotion.
Every time i was with a girl i used to cum in my pants a little bit (during foreplay), but never got hard.
I went to 2 doctors who told me its all in my head and that i only have perfomance anxiety, and that i should just be relaxed.
I was very depressed, only solution i could find on the internet is preformance anxiety, which i knew was not the problem.
Then, 153 days ago i found out yourbrainonporn, noah b church website and videos, gabe deem videos, and many more.
I read everything, tons of recovery stories and articles and figured where my problem has started.
I immediately stoped with pmo, with not even one releped.
At first the terrible flatline hit me, but i was ready for him, as the weeks pases i was flatline on and off.
After 2 months into the recovery i tried a couple times to rewire, somthines to have sex, with no success.
Two weeks ago i finally started to have morning erections again, every morning, and started feeling wonderfull again. and two days ago, had my first wet dream (i think its the first in my life), and it felt great.
I figured its time to try again, and called a beatiful girl I know.
As soon as we started to make out i realized its not going to work, because i felt nothing down there.
Just like 153 days ago, i cummed a little bit in my pants, but couldnt get hard.
153 days is fucking a lot of time, and i was sure that i finally recoverd.
Im very depressed again, starting to think maybie the problem is not pied and i just have a broken body.
Love to have any advice, becuse i pretty much lost hope.
    Thanks

  2. Hello,

Do you get erections on your own, without porn?

Hi, yes, if i try to get an erection alone, it may take a fee minutes but ill succssed.

  4. Well as I understand it, and you can confirm or correct me by reviewing the video yourbrainonporn (I'm paraphrasing from there),..

If i correctly understood your first and second comment, since you can actually become erect, that itself implies there's nought fault with the mechanics of the penis. Instead it is contextual. On your own, with or without porn, you can have erections. With a partner there's no erection.

Images depicting sex are highly exaggerated, thereby over stimulate dopamine.

    Psychologically, familiarity with exaggerated narratives shifts expectations of sex to unrealistic proportions which reduces the impact of real sex because for example, it's not as easy as it looks on the video;

After pornography real sex can feel less rewarding chemically because your used to much greater spikes of dopamine and many more of them too.

Essentially, it takes more than what a real life partner can do for you to become erotically charged, simply because of your beliefs of sex and chemical tolerance conditioned by pornography.

Younger generations are more supseptible and have a longer recovery period than older generations because each new generation is exposed to an ever increasing intensity in the exageration of the fake sex and thereby have an even bigger dopamine spike. But they still recover.

You're only at 5 months. Give it 9 months to 1 year and you'll be fine! Keep going, don't quit!

Me personally I tend to have ED when I'm with a girl I don't fully feel comfortable to have sex with. Not sure if that is the case with you but I would doubt porn would have an effect after such a long abstinence.

  8. Brother I'm quite offended by your opinionated naivety, ED is quite different from not being aroused by your partner.

If you found someone unnattractive you wouldn't tell your friends you didn't sleep with her because you have Erictile Dysfunction. Not only would it be incorrect and unflattering but its a critical difference in knowing how to proceed next. Are you going to visit your doctor for a prescription drug because your one night stand is butters. No.

That relates to the first part of your comment, as for the second I think now you should rethink it yourself or begin a thread requesting a new perspective. Thank you.

Not sure why you're making a point about not getting hard with someone you find unattractive when this has nothing to do with the post he made; he clearly mentioned that he has ED problems with girls he finds beautiful so I don't see how your reply addresses his issue nor the comment I just made.

You probably read wrong and made false assumptions about what I said...

  10. Yes apologies I wrote that and felt like an idiot immediately afterwards and not editing was an oversight because I was phased by something offline.
