Women magnetism is a thing, but pheromones can only do so much. You won't attract all women at all times.

 

You feel the benefits if you were a pornography addict, because you start to recover some things you lost with your addiction. I was never a pornography addict, the only benefit I've experience is not feeling like a pathetic loser watching women I'll never meet in my life being pleasured by not me.

 

My current streak doesn't look that great, but I had a 90-day streak already, and if women attraction is real, it starts somewhere in the hundreds.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't out for female attraction, so I wasn't disappointed, but my not wanting it may have played a part in that.

 

I have found that when I go for a while without having orgasms, I tend to be more energetic and more inclined to connect with people. That could be interpreted as magnetism. I find this after as little as 1 week.

 

No to the first question. If you mean high as in filled with energy then not really, but I am a low energy person by default.

 

I don't think it really attracts women to you, but I would be willing to bet that it makes you more confident and 'manly' around them, which would probably be attractive, if that makes sense. So, the answer would be yes and no. No, women aren't just going to come running from every which direction out of sheer desire for you, if that's what you mean

I feel a day and night difference when I'm abstaining from PMO for more than a few days. I don't have women throwing panties at me when I'm walking down the street but I'm way more confident and energetic, I don't feel intimidated or nervous by attractive women and I'm not as worried about how they perceive me. People in general seem to respond to me much more positively to me and I enjoy being around them much more.

 

I'm 41 and I teach MMA and combat martial arts. I still do tons of sparring. I had been on my longest streak while sparring with one of my training partners to help him prepare for a fight. This guy is 26 and actually competes in kickboxing and MMA so hes in way better shape than I am. He's very good but I did a little better than he did so I was pleased with myself. We went at it for a couple hours and we were doing long 12-15 minute sparring sets and I had no problem keeping up.

Then I got weak and PMOd a couple times the next day. The following day we worked out again and he kind of beat up on me. My reaction time was allright but I just couldnt keep up and I felt super weak. that showed me how weak PMO makes you and how much stronger I am when I'm abstaining.

 

Not really, but this is just me, some people claim women want to rape them all the time to get their precious semen, they are insane though.
