Trying to stop for the past couple of years. Wanna Rejuvinate myself

    HI everyone

    I am 22 years old. Masturbating since I was 13. When I was in primary school. One of seniors showed me porn for the first time. I never knew it was porn since I was extremely naive. This was when I was 12. After questioning some of friends, I learnt about this. I found it disgusting but after going into high school. I started watching it excessively. Never knew about masturbation but I realised after watching porn

    Watching porn has decreased significantly over the years. Watch it hardly. Only watch it when I am bored or if its in movies. But masturbation has been stuck with me all the way. There was this one time where I stopped watching porn for a year but couldn't stop masturbation. I hate myself every time I masturbate. I have tried stopping it but after like on the 15th day. I start masturbating again.

    I would like to rejuvenate myself from this and get out of this as soon as possible.
