Well, obviously - do other stuff. A lot of guys turn to their hobbies or to finding new ones. There are great threads here about hobby ideas. For example, one of the best ways to burn energy, I believe, is to exercise a lot, and it's also healthy.

Oh man... I wish I had my teenage testosterone back. Growing up sucks and it starts to dip especially with work. I wouldn't risk anything especially if it isn't meaningful. Girls that age also have very high hormone levels, sometimes even higher then guys from what I've experienced in the past. I say find some hobbies and get really into it. When I was a freshman I remember I found music and it would be my go to instead of porn.
I would actually read Japanese manga allot and I found music games that sparked my interest.

I also got out with friends and played Yugioh for a while. Just be busy, spend time with family or friends.

Channel that energy into productive tasks -- like learning! You will never be able to learn more or as easily as you can now, so use that advantage for all its worth. After 20-25, your capacity to quickly retain new info drops significantly.

Practice now how to be the kind of man that will be a good husband, father, friend, citizen, etc. This kind of man is what the world is lacking and sorely needs. If you focus your efforts there today, your future abundance is essentially guaranteed. And, along the way, absolutely no PMO!

Remember that being obsessed by sex, porn, lust and related desires will bring you nothing but misery, anxiety, low self-esteem, discard what really matters in life and eventually lead you onto the wrong direction in life and maybe even into huge pitfalls that take years to recover from. In my case, that's what ruined much of my confidence, self-esteem and made me not appreciate the meaningful (and small) things in life. I remember myself being 14 years of age back in 2002 (when the VHS-tapes were still around) when I found that magic VHS-tape in my dad's office-drawer. On that tape was two hours of mixed and recorded pornography from various TV-channels and once I opened that Pandora's box (i.e. started watching it) I had a very hard time stopping and that destructive habit remained for another 15 years before I finally got control over it.

True statement! As a male, there is no attractiveness wall to hit as long as you take good care of your body, mind, and soul (unless you make one up yourself). You can be a male in your 60's and even 70's and remain attractive to much younger women whereas for women, they will hit their attractiveness/fertility wall the day they turn 30 and drastically reduced their chances of finding a high value male.
Being a male in that sense is a blessing and overall it is nothing but fair since women with decent looks has a quite easy ride between the age of 15-30 (with regards to finding a partner) whereas most men mature and bloom later and hence struggle during the same age.

You said what can I reward myself with,, well for me its a nice staek dinner, new pair of shoes, when i was young it would have been a new skateboard etc... your reward does not need to be sexual. that will come in time.
Also most guys cant have sex because of porn, you dont want that to happen,, oh to be14 again
