    After being in recovery and involved in a religious group geared towards these issues, I have come to realize that they haven't been so successful for me, but helpful none the less. I'm learning that I respond better to the scientific evidence and practical benefits associated with excess po/mas. Looking forward to exploring all that NoFap has to offer!
