Supplement Advice?

    Hey does anyone know what supplements we should stay away from during nofap?

    Does higher testosterone help with nofap?

    Currently taking:

    Zinc
    Multivitamin
    Panax Ginseng
    Caffeine (helps me get a boost in the morning and get through my day at work)
    EGCG - Green Tea Extract (works in sinergy with and removes side effects of caffeine)
    Fenugreek (known to increase libido and testosterone, i take it to get through flatline, and have regular sex)
    Ashwagandha KSM-66 (increases testosterone, i recently stopped taking it due to tolerance, but i still have 2 bottles left)

    All those are good! I would maybe add a B complex, but definitely a Vitamin C, a D-3 if your not in the sun much, a good omega 3, and Magnesium is great for helping with sleep! Turmeric and ginger are great supplements as well. Elderberry is a great supplement for your immune system!!!

    But tbh I have recently discovered multivitamins are unnecessary. If your diet lacks vitamins it might be best to figure out what you need and get it from food if possible, or just take what you need in a supplement. In a multi vitamin you might end up getting too much of a vitamin or mineral you don’t need. Copper for instance some multi’s have a lot of and if you get too much it can have a negative effect.

    Last piece of advice, and most important is to make sure you get a good quality brand. One without a lot of fillers or water. If possible going with organic is always the best option but obviously they are more expensive. I have several different vitamins from a company called Natuerlo. You can find them on amazon. Natures Way is also pretty good, and NOW foods to name a few.
