90 day challenge starting today who is in?

    Yeah cold showers are nice, but I only take them when I workout so that the body cools down. Or else, I can't sleep... which has been the main reason of my relapses

    Yeah man. It's especially hard at this 90 day reboot as during normal days I would not be distracted by women, I am getting distracted now.
    I am going to direct my energy to my goals.

    I actually find gym contradicting. It increased my testosteron and thus also my sexual urges.

    I had a stressful day, and I know it is not an excuse, but I fapped. With this I ended my 6 days streak. Also, I gave in to the urge and should have thought of another method for alleviating stress.

    I'll set a short term goal of 15 days as I think that that was my highest. Not being able to sleep was a main factor, but now I give my word that I won't put any excuses and will complete that short term goal.

    Are you giving it a chance in real life situations, with real people?

    As for worrying about it, please try not to. That is only going to bring you stress which makes it more difficult. On the contrary do not even think about the possibility of PIED, and whenever it slips into your mind force it out with the positive thoughts that affirm yourself that you will because that is how you are actually naturally wired, and if you let yourself just follow your instincts without thinking you will be just fine.

    Well, this is getting much more difficult, and I am having to keep myself busy despite being sick.

    Today this is going to be tough for me. I got some bad news which used to be a trigger for me because a good old induced seratonin rush will certainly help to kick the lack there of onset from any bad news. Summer plans thwarted, at least kind of. I am going to need to work to get them back to any semblence of what they were going to be. Damn!

    I promise to not PM for the next 24 hours (the O has not been working out so well, but we can all wish right;)

    Have you ever tried anything to help you sleep?

    Things I don't do enough that will help me sleep when I do them:
    1) get more physical exercise
    2) drink less alcohol
    3) stretch and drink water a few hours before bed

    Things I do
    1) smoke herb
    2) try not to eat less than 2 hours before bed

    Things I have tried for insomnia
    1) ambien, lunesta, and a bunch of other medications that were perscribed primarilly to help get me to sleep, I prefer herb

    Are we allowing people to peek sites for this challenge? I think we all agree that will eventually lead to a PMO...but my main question is are the rewiring circuits really being healed by peeping sites, even if you don't fap at all?....idk because I swear some of my friends have instagram addiction problems...even women can spend hours on insta every day...peeping sites can at least be habbit forming and become an addiction in itself...trust me I tried to go down that road and it seems like it didn't help my healing at all. I would limit myself to only images of women, and convinced myself that was alright...and maybe it is, what do you all think? is that damaging to your brain circuitry even if you don't fap

    Yeah, I have tried multiple things, and they actually worked. I was able to sleep normally for months until I started a calorie deficit. Protein shakes were what was messing me up becuase I would get bloated and couldnt sleep becuase of that. Also, working out on the evening let me kind of energetic, so that was another reason. But now Ive stopped drinking protein shakes (I'll change to pea protein) and taken cold showers, and it's been working :emoji_ok_hand:

    Yeah, the ideal thing to do would be to not glance at porn at all. In the end, this is also supposed to eliminate the mentality of viewing women as sexual objects.
    But of course it is easier to say than to do...
