Hi, I'm new to this site and even though I knew about the NoFap for a long time now, I've never really felt the need to quit masturbating, up until now.

I'm 22 and uncircumcised. I've always been a horny bastard, masturbating 2-3 times a day, constantly watching porn etc.

Being the horny dumbass I am, I looked for new ways to spice things up and found a way to make a pocket fleshlight using a Pringles can and a latex glove. Now, I've done this a couple of times in the past, and used a hand creme as a lube. I'm not gonna lie, it felt pretty good. Until the last time I did it.

I've never had any problems with my dick before, but I'm fairly sure the last time I used a homemade fleshlight that I made it way too tight, and unfortunately used it a couple of times this way, with my glans rubbing really hard against the glove.

The aftermath was devastating. Despite the "lube", the mechanical friction against my glans proved to be too much and too rough, and the result was little microcuts all over the widest part of the glans.

I have developed sensation problems in the glans and still have them, and a persistent dryness and redness that haven't cleared up since.

Masturbating raw the first time after using the fleshlight scared me the fuck out. When I orgasmed, it wasn't a feeling of pleasure in the glans, but of borderline pain. This hasn't repeated since, but my glans does lack sensation it used to have, orgasms are nowhere near as good as they used to be, and they last a lot less. After one and a half to two seconds, feeling completely subsides.

Also, getting there is a pain in the ass too, now. Masturbating doesn't feel pleasurable, despite using lube. It's a feeling I'd best describe as the one where after you orgasm, if you then proceed to rub your glans right after, it will feel insanely irritable and might even make you pee. I have this feeling constantly when masturbating, albeit not as intense, but awful nonetheless. It's as if my penis is in stuck in refractory period forever, where any stimulation is irritating instead of pleasurable.

God forbid I forget to use lube, then it'll feel like my foreskin is peeling of my dick and the already overly irritable glans will just start to hurt even more.

I have seen my GP about it, but he said he can't 'see' anything wrong with it. But I believe I've damaged the nerves in the glans, and I'm at a loss as to what could be done to remedy this whole mess. I'm only 22 and the thought of having such dick problems for the rest of my life is dreadful.

I realize I will have to abstain from masturbation for a long time and I'm completely fine with it, just what else could be done to help the situation? Some specific creams, meds, vitamins?

Any help appreciated, I could really use some!

Don’t use a homemade fleshlight and let your dick heal.

I've gone 17 days and decided to see if there was any improvement, well I can say I still felt the unpleasant painful feeling instead of pleasure throughout the masturbation, but the orgasm felt better. My penis glans is constantly dry though, I haven't seen it produce moisture in years. What can I do to remedy that? Ive been to a urologist, but he told me my glans looks fine even though it doesn't feel good to masturbate since I constantly have this unpleasant feeling during masturbation what I would describe as messed up nerve endings, and he told me to give my ejaculate for screening to see if it's got sth to do with it. Abstaining from masturbation doesn't seem to help the redness on my penis glans. I have a normal penis color around the rim, and the rest is red. He doesn't seem to see the problem, even though he looked at the discoloration. idk wtf to do i've been to two urologists and my penis still feels weird and they dont have answers

I understand that your penis problem is a huge incentive for you to abstain from pmo. But you need rewire your brain if you really want to kick this addiction.
Meditation is a tremendous help. Daily journaling has helped me a lot. You can find your own way but you definitely need some introspection method. Abstaining alone cannot help. You may even ger to the point where you ignore your penis problem and continue doing pmo.Trust me you have no idea how far it can go. So keep your thoughts, actions and motivations in check. An innocent search on the internet can lead to binges if you don't.
Don't worry body is an amazing phenomenon. You WILL get better. read the book "the brain that changes itself".
it is a great motivator since you see a lot of people have healed their health conditions by changing their brains. PEACE BROTHER.

Bro I've been there and I hear you. Yes this can be fixed.

You need a combination of NoFap plus moisturising cream.

NoFap (No masturbation AT ALL) will do 90% of the healing work + the cream will do the last 10%.

I'm saying this so you remember that cream alone will do nothing to help.

The trick is to reset your penis sensitivity. This means:

    - No touching your penis at all. This will force your penis to stop reacting to touch and instead only to mental excitement
    - Using thick body cream moisturiser (I used Aveeno https://www.amazon.co.uk/Aveeno-Relief-Nourishing-Lotion-Butter/dp/B00402E942)
    - Put the cream on at night before bed. Completely cover the rejoin you care about then, cover the creamed area in cling film. The cling film will help keep the cream on long in case you move in your sleep.
    - It won't stay on all night but it will stay on long enough if you do this every night to make a difference after 2 - 3 weeks

Hey bro what if I don't use the cling to cover. Can I just apply the cream and sleep like that. And where should I apply the cream. I have already been applying on the foreskin because that'swhere the my penis usually have wrinkles and peels . But I have been applying the cream for 2 days and I no longer see wrinkles on my foreskin.

But what if I don't use the cling? And how long do u think I should be using the cream.

The cling room is not required can go without. The importance is routine, do this every evening. Cover all areas you would like to address
