    Hi everyone, I am 19 y/o boy and i have started to realize that porn and masturbation has starting to affect my life a lot. I don't feel very comfortable around girls and I look towards girls with sexual desire.

    I have decided to go for No PMO for 30 days starting from tomorrow. Hope this will help me !
