I am porn and masterbation addicted

    I can't concentrate on my studies because of porn and masterbation addiction...I tried a lot of ways to get rid of these addictions but in vain..I have a goal..but my addiction is a bar on my way to goal.now I am very frustrated and don't know what to do...

    After a few days of abstinence you should get your concentration back -- after a week of rebooting I'm usually able to take my mind off my triggers
