I’ve never posted on any kind of forums before. I’m not sure how things work and what I can or cannot say. Newbie! I’ll try to keep it PG. Lol

I really can’t remember the last time I masturbated. I’m sure it’s been about a month, month and a half, maybe. I see some might find wet dreams to be an amazing experience and others not so much. I’m one of those who really hates having them. My experiences with wet dreams have gotten way out of hand. I’m 29 years old, going on 30 in 2 months. I’ve tried so many methods on how to prevent them from happening. But nothing seems to work. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. And this NoFap challenge has boosted just about every aspect of my life. I can’t remember the last time I’ve felt this good about myself. I don’t wanna get rid of this feeling. But the thought of going to sleep, and waking up almost every other day ejaculating in my sleep. It messes with my head and makes it even worse. I’ve had about 3 wet dreams in the past week or so. Today makes my 4th wet dreams. That can’t be normal, right? I tried waking up before it had happened. The dream felt so real, as if I was actually there experiencing it in real life. I’ve practiced Lucid Dreaming before, and I’d have to say it’s a pretty cool experience sometimes. I can remember the two dreams I had today, which one of them was quite unpleasant. I tried really hard to wake myself up in the dream. I knew it was one of those days, AGAIN, as soon as the dream started to get a bit more “freaky” I should say. But, nope, I felt stuck there until it happened.

Anyway, I’ve been thinking about resetting/relapsing to see if that would work. Which I’m pretty sure it will. I would really hate starting over. I’m not sure if having so many wet dreams considered a relapse. I don’t feel any different. I think I’m broken or something.

P.S. Might delete this later, due to embarrassment. Lol.

They are NOT a relapse. You did nothing wrong. It happens, for some its more for some its less.

I recently started hardmode and i usually have them once per week. But, here is the kicker. i actually WANT them to occur, even though i do nothing stimulating before going to bed.
When i will inevidentally get my next girl, i will O with her anyway. So its nice to know my body does what is best for it, on regular bases.

Unless you are watching porn, you are fine. Let nature be.

I'm with you, and I've lost track of how many I've had since I started rebooting. I've found that drinking tea before going to sleep helps, as does sleeping on the side and working hard on pushing away PMO-related thoughts from my mind.

Hey, don't delete the post if you feel embarrassed, these are body functions that we all have.

I started having wet dream recently as well and find it annoying, specially because I have to stand up at 4am and clean my bed LOL!

Anyway, it's normal because your body is regulating. My advice is exactly what Hros said, avoid at all costs PMO-thoughts and erotic thinking. That something I noticed would give me a wet dream if I thought about it too much the day before I went to bed. Another thing I was taking were Maca pills, which are known to increase testosterone levels. I was having wet dreams waaaaay too often, and since I cut them out I'm ok.

Avoid naughty thoughts first. Find some inner peace with yoga and meditating, it will surely help.

Wow you still have PMO related thought after such a long time?
Glad i am not alone :emoji_grin::emoji_grin:

I stopped watching porn with the beginning of this year and switched to Full No-PMO around 31 days ago.

Going full No-Pmo is a step further and noticeably harder to accomplish, since there is no way of releasing the pressure whatsoever without a girl.
But the amount of willpower it creates is amazing. But i know that i needed to have the previous build-up willpower in order to be able to cope with those old porn thoughts really creep up, sometimes daily, sometimes within a week. But it is still constant, at least without having a girl.
