WTF just happened??

    So I am currently 3 weeks into NoFap, and for the first time last night, I came in my sleep.

    I was having a dream where I was having sex with this girl and I ended up coming. The I woke up and realised I had my hand on my d*** and I had come IRL.

    I believe this is called a wet dream, and this is my first time experiencing it so I am really surprised.

    Has this happened to anybody else?
    Could this be a good thing?
    Why does this happen?
