    don´t watch those things. it´s like quitting cigarettes, if you want to quit smoking you shouldn´t watch Marlboro publicity and stuff!! whenever something pops up that has sexual conotation avoid it ASAP.

    a key aspect of a relapse happens much before the relapse, it happens when you allow yourself to indulge in sexual stimulation. when you say "ok, just a little bit...". that´s the beginning of the downfall. you got to stand your ground!! so when you say "no" to that stuff you´re giving a strong signal to the brain that you´ll not engage in those materials. you´re in a reboot. period.

    try if something can cheer you up bro: a holiday, a travel, a comedy, a new activity... something that can boost your spirit. that might help.

    you didn´t go back to zero, i mean you reset the counter yes, but your brain is not the same when you started nofap. you rewired a lot!!! congratulations. now just keep going, create your own personal counter and don´t reset, let it run. but learn with the relapse, that´s very important.

    don´t give importance to porn thoughts, it´s simple. let thoughts come and go in your head. they appear, you let it be, they go away, you let it be. don´t try to stop them and don´t engage in them either, just let them come and go. they´re not real anyways, no harm done.

    of course it´s not a relapse :). what happens is that if you get interested on porn thoughts they will pop up more and more. and when you feed those thoughs, urges will appear so watch out.

    just engage in different stuff, get a move on, stay dynamic and busy. you´ll profit your life better and destroy porn addiction in the process ;)

    I’ve been regularly exercising, eating healthy, journaling, doing mindfulness and reading. ive been going to counselling each week also. It time to try something different.

    I’ve been doing a lot of exercise and eating healthier. I’ve been reading, journaling and doing mindfulness. I’ve always been sceptical of SSRIs but I truly feel it’s time to try them. I’m just convinced now that my brain chemistry is imbalanced and has been since I was a teenager. I feel it’s worth trying to see how it goes. I’ve also been going to counselling the past 3 months each week.
