How to block yourself from Tinder?

I don't even have a problem with porn anymore, just tinder. Tinder ruined my 52 day streak and I just can't seem to stop using it compulsively. On top of that I keep setting up dates with randoms to have sex and being very close to actually doing so. Is there a way to ban myself from tinder and bumble?

 

I went ahead and got myself banned from tinder. That is the only real way to stop using it. Tinder is very hard to overcome because it starts out very innocent, just talking to girls. It's bad because you don't even have to think of it in a sexual way to start so your brain just says its fine. But obviously it always leads to more, and it's equivalent to porn in my opiniion.

 

Tinder is made to hookup with girls. Majority of girls on tinder post very lude pictures and bio's that are equivalent to softcore porn. That is just the beginning. Then you begin messaging them, maybe get their contact information, and begin fantasizing about sex with them, or maybe even exchange nudes with them. Either way you will end up looking or thinking of naked women. Obviously there are some cases that end up in a real relationship, but barely any, and that is my whole point to begin with: You get on tinder thinking " oh its not porn, its fine. I won't fap, ill just chat with some ladies and maybe meet someone!". When in reality you do all of the above and it's exactly like porn. If you use tinder you may as well reset. I guess if you used it and haven't tapped yet you can keep your streak but honestly every time I've used tinder I eventually fapped.
