Day 67... a fateful day unfortunately. The newly promoted Major has fallen.
I know the trigger, I know how it happened, I know how to beat it next time.

Too long away from meditation while on R&R. My return to work and massive disagreement with my OH today compounded into a slip up, with my defences down. I haven’t been reading enough on this site recently.

I now have a new target to beat - 67 days. I will make 90 days, if not this time, next time.

 

day 2 had a WD but no PMO is going easy so far, seems like I'm really over my one day problem thank God

day was easy, want to be more productive woke up late but no pmo issues at all.
