How to deal with sudden non-nude but still sexy pictures on internet?

    The only reason I always fail is because of the sudden pictures on the internet.

    My recent example (long story short):
    Anime non-nude images of girls with short skirts got me triggered, so I just scrolled down getting more and more exposed images, until I've got to pretty much nudes.

    My recent example (long story):
    Today I relapsed because my brother told me that Elon Musk will invent catgirls (a joke probably), so I looked up on google images and found some anime images of girls with short skirts. And that was enough to trigger me. So I started to view the related images and found girls slightly more exposed and gradually I've got to pretty much nude images. Yes, anime non-nude images of girls with short skirts was enough to trigger me.

    And that happens quite often, can anyone please help me?

    As soon as you start looking at the non-nude anime images, immediately turn off the computer/phone and go outside for walk.

    I always appreciate the picture and then move on, but if you can't control yourself then shutdown, get up, and leave the room. Nothing wrong with enjoying a picture of a beautiful woman, that's just natural, the issue is the unnatural nature of the PMO you enjoyed for years warps that response and leads to PMO.
