Should I have sex during my reboot?

Just learning myself. It made sense to me to do hard mode even though I am married. I made sure to get my wifes by in. But I know from experience we were intimate I wanted it even more, and usually masturbated shortly after the next day, so for me the chaser effect as I think its called was a big concern for me.

If the opportunity presents itself, well ask yourself: Do I want to work towards my goal or maybe feel bad because you got into something and it didn't work. Your libido seems to be still low, so take it easy man, heal. If you get into a relationship or meet an amazing girl, take your time, 30 days no sex at the beginning of a relationship is no big deal. If she's the right one she'll wait .

Saying this because, after I broke up a 18 years relationship, and was deep into porn addiction because not having sex (I was still missing real sex - well I thought I did), I met a girl and after a few weeks we headed to bedroom and... nothing. There was no way I could get hard. Not the first time - not the second. She let me go after second time. Problem is at the time I never would have thought it was because I was watching porn 2 hours a day and masturbating 3 times a day - dumb me...

Take your time to heal your brain and your penis. 3 months even is nothing compared to healing yourself for life...

 

u gotta be wary of the chaser man. I was doing great until day 12 when i saw my girl and got head (not even full sex) but it has given me insane urges to watch P. just a crazy chaser. its probably not worth it mate. i would wait a bit longer, but again if you can beat the chaser then go ahead
