    Hey guys .Im 17 and been fapping since almost 3 years. But now Ive decided to quit masturbation. I used to fap 3,4 times a week, not very heavily addicted, but addicted nonetheless. Ive made up my mind to quit porn and masturbation. If some experienced person could help, it would be great .
