HELP How to deal with urges at school

    I have been having intense urges at school since I started nofap. How can I deal with that help!!!

    I would try to find a way to distract yourself from your urges. Whenever I am at school, I focus on school until classes are finished for the day. I hope it helps

    Don't be ashamed of your urges, it happens to everyone. I think you should focus on something else when it happens. What i personnaly do is to focus on something quite complicated so i have to put effort into it. This way i don't think about my urge. For exemple if my teacher gave me hard project in math, i will work on it.
