Random XXX thoughts/images?

    Does anyone else have random images of porn pop in their head? Like random scenes you’ve watched in the past. Does this go away over time and what do you do to prevent them or quickly shake them off?

    Im 15 days PMO free and working to re-train my thought cycle when these thoughts occur.

    This is normal to experience these type of thoughts and your on the path on recovery.
    Unfortunately they will never truly go away but they will be less frequently the longer your streak.

    The key is just to accept the thoughts and carry on with your day.

    Me problem is I give into thoughts and fanatize to the point I can't take it any more replace. As you can see by my counter lol

    If the thoughts are really bugging a cold shower helps as well

    It still happens to me up to this day, and it is usually the same image for some reason. Of course that image always leads to other different images, but that one is always the first one to pop up
