I want to change

Hey there everyone! I'm a 21 yo male who's been fighting thise for quite a while now. Earlier I had another account here but switched to the subreddit. I've been on and off nofap for a year since the short exit but now I have decided to return to where it all started.

Without a proper journal to keep track of progress and an accountability, I lost track of it. With this came a lot of detrimental consequences. I feel like I have sunken a bit more into deterioration of the self. Personal health and well being have been sidelined for gratification and pleasure. No more will I continue like this.

I seek to reinvigorate the fight with the help, materials and advice I get from here. All stories of success starts somewhere and mine starts here with you guys' support!
