Today I feel I have to resist.
In Order to Deal with Former emotions I got To say No to pmo for at least two Weeks or 90 days... Otherwise its Bad. Or I should Stop IT altogether i mean fapping and porn watching and Stuff. My Brain feels Bad from drinking and fapping watching , staying Up late.

 

Today I am celebrating Jesus as my King.
