I’m not sure this is a relapse. Are there more experienced “experts” who can weigh in? To me it sounds more like a conscious WD then a violation, but I’m not sure either.

I hope that’s what is happening. Porn really is disgusting, fake, and abusive. So if you’re unattracted to it that’s something to celebrate. Still we all know how it snares/traps us, so avoid it brother!

Day 1/90. Had some strong urges today and yesterday night, but managed to pull myself out of them. Also, I think I might've found a way to avoid nightly failures. Might've figured this out finally!

I talked a lot with a girl. It was really good because I started to feel real love towards her(like she is a family member), and not just sexual. I'm really thankful to God for that I started to see some things more clearer. I feel more nuanses on my emotions what is really cool. Praise God

sorry to hear that :(. see it this way, pain help us grow. so if there´s anything that you, the little girl and all the family can learn something from this, here´s an opportunity. in fact, your last sentence already shows growth :)

make a grid brother, entitled "my journey" or anything that you like. register all the days that you´re on nofap. even if you relapse keep registering. register the relapse, learn, and keep your personal counting moving. don´t reset. that way you´ll feel empowered.

one of the problems of resetting is that it will strongly demotivate people. like when we reset the counter we forgot all the days that we were PMO free. and that´s very unfair. so if you do a register of the entire nofap journey that will help put things in perspective, like "i relapse today but lot´s of benefits of nofap are still here, and i´ll keep doing the recovery until i feel i´m PMO free".

i really don´t think it´s gonna be a perfect 90 streak that will solve the addiction problem. lot´s of nofap coaches advises for the hazards of counting. the addiction is different for everybody, so i think only you when you feel a good sexual, physical and psychological health and have no desire for porn-masturbation, you´re free :).

maybe. but do watch out for the porn viewing, we can never tell when the addict mind will pop in strongly and put us in an dangerous situation. don´t be overconfident, you´re playing with fire.

i saw two videos today of the detrimental effects of counting. i believe counting it´s good but can have bad effects if we use it the wrong way. valuable information here. have a great day my friends.

  16. I agree with this but I have decided to stop counting once I hit the 90 day mark. Now it's a OCD kind of thing that I must do it so there's no turning back at this point. Counting forever is pointless though and needs to become a lifestyle change at some point - after the 90 days for me.

  17. Day 8 of no PM
Day 77 of no alcohol or caffeine
    Day 45 of weight training
    - just checking in and off to the gym in a minute so will keep this short
    - just watched 2 videos about the stupidity of counting days which, RisetoGreatness posted, and completely agree with them both. However, I have the huge desire to prove to myself I can do this 90 day challenge and hopefully beat this addiction for the long haul. After 90 or 100 days, I'll decide when I get there, I will stop counting and make it a lifestyle choice to not PM.
    - peace brothers, I must go as I can't weight any longer LOL :)

  18. Have u tried watching it personally?and how did u feel? Right now its grossing me out but im scared my labido is officially gone

  19. I just read this online but apparently it takes 21 day to build a habit and 90 days to build a lifestyle thought thats a cool thing to share and will motivate my brothers more
