Hello i am new nofap

    Hi everyone i just joined nofap because i realized i need accountability in beating PMO
    also any advise would be greatly appreciated
    i have been trying to control it on my own and i have been failing miserably
    need help!

    you can do it bro , just need to change habit in your life,it will be a bit difficult but worth a try, for example not be much time alone in your room ,start doing new things, remove your laptop or cellphone out of your room . sorry for my english is not my official language, I'm from mexico and i also is struggling with MP , but if you need A P i`m here bro ,and welcome to nofap ,

    entonces podemos escribirnos por mensaje mas privados, ya te agregue como amigo en esta pagina en verdad será un gusto el tener un compatriota como AP porque si me gusta hablar ingles pero entre latinos es raro hacerlo, si me gusta la idea de estarnos ayudando en estas áreas , porque solos es mas difícil hacerlo, espero podernos contactar mas y poder hablar con mas profundidad sobre este tema . animo Dios te bendiga bro
