    I think Nofap is more of a fruit rather than a goal. I failed many times in this thing and I realize that having a good life is enough to aid our addictions. It is not the other way around. Nofap will not change your whole life, but rather it will be part of the big change in your life. Stay strong guys, and keep it cool also. Hehe

    Yes Nofap is not one and all type of aid. More like excercise but for your spirit.

    If a drug addict went through rehab and got clean, does it mean their life is better than when it was before drugs entered their life or did they merely just returned back to the starting line?

    Nofap just makes room for you to spend your time and energy more wisely.

    Too many people here spend all their time distracting themselves from PMO by replacing it with another addiction (alcohol drugs tv film games etc).
