Why I Am depressed ? Plz answer

    I was on SSRI Antidepressent since 1.5 years ..

    . since 3 months I gradually tapered the dose . and last week I totally stoped taking the tablet (i was taking just 1/4th tablet since 2 months

    Now from yesteeday I am feeling alot of depression ... ON OTHER HAND I am on 30th day of NOFAP streak... NOW I want to ask that is this depression due to SSRI withdrawl .. or NOFap withdrawl???

    Better to ask whoever prescribed you that SSRI. You need a professional medical opinion.

    It could be both though. I understand that a nofap streak sometimes comes with "flatlining". From the glossary:
    Flatlining: Many NoFap® users report one or more periods of zero libido during their streak, especially in the 2-6 week period. Transitioning from an overexcited, always-eager libido to none at all can be disconcerting and even scary for the experienced masturbator, but many Fapstronauts report that it is only a phase in the reboot and will pass.

    Unstable moods can be part of the experience as well.

    NoFap doesn't magically cure depression, and I don't think it should induce depression either, so it's probably your medication withdrawal, but ask your doctor.
