MO with no Porn

    Reading this forum and the nofap page as a whole, I noticed that most people had/have a problem with porn addiction that led them to masturbate constantly or their problem was that MO would follow as a consequence of porn and that led to an inability to MO without it. But with me it was not like that. I watched porn and masturbated, but it was never a requirement for MO. Am I alone on this?

    No, the major issue though is most people who watched porn would eventually go back to porn if they tried to just MO, it gets boring and they go back. I wager some of your material in your mind has been influenced by porn as well, which makes you wonder if it's causing the same problem porn was. I say do what works for you, the biggest issue here is everyone stops PMO but they expect their life to change and get girls left and right after 90 days, when this doesn't happen they relapse and the ugly drain effect happens.

    I'm not saying people should fap with no porn, I was just wondering if other people also didn't have the need for porn to MO, that's all.
