    pls I wanna be clear on this.... Been faping for like 10 yrs now.. I'm 24.. Now I'm having PE. would NoFap help me cure this cos I'm really confused and lack confidence..

    Hey, I'have not experienced PE but on this forum you will found à lot of people who had the same problem you have and from what i heard, it works.
    I also heard that PE is not that bad, in the way that you can work on that problem. Have you tried to really controle your masturbation? Some recommend to masturbate without porn and to feel your ejaculation coming.

    But anyway nofap improve aspect fo your life in general. I gained a lot of confidence since i have started my nofap journey

    I've tried to control masturbation .. Ve gone for 30 days without pmo before relapse.. Currently on 12th day..
