First i want to say hello to everyone. Iam 34 yo and in past several years i was watching a lot of porn and each time i was watching something weirder, at the end i wasnt able to get hard without porn at all.
And that was the moment when i started reading about PIED. That was few months ago, i tried hard mode but eventually i end up relapsing within 2 weeks each time because i become impatient and want to see if i can get fully erect and to see if my PE is still there.
But the problem is that i have PE now together with ED, i never had PE before but since i started NoFap i got one. It sends me into the panic mode now. i have night erections and i visited urologist who said my penis and all is physically fine.
What is going on? Will my PE go away together with ED after i reboot? Sorry iam completely new to NoFaP and all info i could find is conflicting.
Also urologist prescribed me sildena to use when i have sex as a therapy but the problem is i dont have a long term partner i just sometimes have one night stands. If i use sildena before i sleep are my night erections enough for that therapy?

If I read that right, they gave you a prescription for before you have sex. Is there some reason you would be taking it before sleeping?

hi and ty for your answer. They gave me that prescription so it can relax penile blood vessels and overtime improve the blood flow. But i dont have a partner so i thought maybe i could take it before sleeping since i have night erections and have that effect?
