[3-CHALLENGE] THE THREE DAYS CHALLENGE !

I have already tried and succeeded in this challenge a while ago. I also know that it says once you complete the challenge you should leave forever but I am back to 0 days and want to try the challenge again. I have to stop PMO.

Before accepting this challenge I was doing 90 days nofap challenge but I was constantly failing so I leave it to start all over again but this time it's different I am not doing binge after relapse even now I only did It once so I will fight small battle before going for war.

I wish that some how I could bottle the regret that I feel right after relapsing, then I could take a swig of it beforehand to stop me in my tracks!
