I have been watching Gary Wilson -pornography addiction and perceived addiction
and He talkes about guys who have been watching porn since 10-11 have "big holes" in there brain and I think I have been changed a lot after all does years of porn use.

I was 12-13 when I startet and knew it was wrong and always told myself that I would stop when I was 18 for some reason. Am I fucked? I have never had a girlfriend only some flirts that i skewed up because I was dumb.

The longest I have been away from porn is two months and it's not that long ago. I really want to win over this addiction, is there any who have been watching porn in early age as me and beat the addiction?

  3. No don't worry about this. Your brain will recover. The 'damage' isn't permanent.

  4. They taught us about this in rehab. The holes are actually spots, dead areas of limited to no brain activity. It takes time, but the brain does repair itself. I have no idea how long it takes for porn addiction (I'm sure it depends on several factors), but we were taught that it takes a good year or so for something like meth.

Yes, you can make lots of progress. The damage that Gary Wilson is talking about is reversible, as it is with other addictions. It takes a lot of time. If you are really 18 years old, I wouldn't fret over it too much. You are very lucky to have caught it so soon in your life. Some people don't realize it's time to quit until they are married with children. Rest easy, friend. The damage is reversible.

Don’t worry about it - you are not fucked. I have had a PMO addiction for 37 years with a few exceptions.

YOU CAN STILL HAVE MANY GREAT benifits of Nofap and your brain can start to heal and rewire. Our mind is an amazing thing. Just take responsibility for yours and what you put into it. You can exercise intelligence and critical thinking and many other skills with your brain. The more you use it the stronger it becomes- like mental exercise / wiegbt training.

Read success stories watch some credible videos about the benifits of no PMO.

    YOU CAN DO THIS!!

    Good luck!

Thank you so much all of you who have answered me. I will take this addiction seriously and get back to two months and beyond.

Just remember that two months is just as much of a milestone as it is a goal. Every day you spend in recovery is a gift.
